East Texas Integrated Services was founded in 2026 by Jesse and Cheryl Kuester of Tyler, Texas.
Jesse served as a U.S. Marine Corps infantryman from 2006 to 2010, with combat deployments to Ramadi, Iraq in 2007 and Helmand Province, Afghanistan in 2009. The Marine Corps taught him that the standard you walk past is the standard you accept - a principle ETIS applies to every jobsite, contract, and client relationship.
Cheryl brings more than eight years of legal and office management experience as a paralegal with a Tyler law firm, along with degrees in paralegal studies and criminal justice. She manages ETIS's administration, compliance, and contracting operations.
Together, they are building ETIS as a multi-generational family business - one that earns trust the old-fashioned way: by doing what we say we'll do.
